About PINK personal training

Here at PINK we aim to empower our clients to embrace all that's possible for your lives and for your bodies. We provide the tools and support for true, lasting change through body-positive, evidence-based, sustainable training, nutrition and self-care information.
We can help you achieve what you want. Whether you want to get stronger, gain muscle, lose body fat, or change your relationship with food and your body.

If you’re relatively new to hitting up the gym, the thought of spending an hour in the company of a personal trainer can be kind of daunting.
The truth is, though, if you are going to start exercising regularly, or have some specific goals in mind then at least one personal training session is most definitely a good idea.

Our goal at PINK is to make our time together fun, educational, productive, and effective. To bring the same into your personal plan for a fitter and healthier lifestyle based on and around your real life.

It is our aim to encourage people of all ages and abilities to get fitter and improve their physical and mental wellbeing through providing a well-equipped, supportive environment with support from highly qualified and experienced health and fitness professionals.

But what should you expect from that first session? Is it going to be super-hardcore? Will the we be shocked by the size of your sweat patches? Will the mid-workout banter be awkward?
The answer to all of those things is obviously "No", but to further put your mind at ease give us a call!

MEET LYNDY

LYNDY GEDDES
PERSONAL TRAINER
SPORTS MASSAGE THERAPIST (coming soon!)
I started my coaching career over 20 years ago supporting executives and businesses to bring about positive change, but I craved more personal fulfilment, so I ran away to sea. No! I really did! I signed up to take part in the Clipper Round the World race. In March 2018, after nearly a year’s build-up and weeks of training, I set sail on board Team Liverpool 2018 from the harbour of QingDao, China, racing 10 other boats to Seattle, Panama, New York, and Londonderry. 16,000 nautical miles and six months later I crossed the finish line in Liverpool.
I decided to make some more positive changes. I feel fortunate to have found my calling as a fitness coach and am passionate about making a positive and sustainable difference in other peoples' lives.I am a certified personal fitness coach and have launched my own business this year. My home is in Manchester with my supportive family and elderly shih tzu, Douggie. In my precious free time, I love to explore the great outdoors and sail, hike, bike, travel and breathe deeply as often as possible.
